Defendants include Lightworks enterprise, VSN Management Corp., and others.

Sony/ATV Songs demands $500,000 from Chickdowntown, Chick LLC and Amy Reed, claiming they violated copyright on the rock opus, "I Want Candy," in Manhattan Federal Court.

Jason Spooner claims Boyne Resorts Management violated copyright on his tune in a commercial for the Sugarloaf/USA ski resort, in Portland, Maine, Federal Court.
