Rhino Entertainment and Warner Music Group cheat on royalties, according to a class action in Los Angeles Superior Court. Named plaintiff James McCarty Jr., of Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels, says Rhino illegally withholds money "for purported past overpayments."

The Tribe Film claims that Afterdark and Solventdreams swiped its master negatives for a movie, "The Tribe," after a distribution dispute between The Tribe and Afterdark, in Los Angeles Superior Court.
