Insomniac, as agent for Tiesto, a disc jockey, claims the City of Los Angeles violated a contract by canceling 3 concerts at the L.A. Convention Center because someone died there at a previous, unrelated concert. The city had agreed to rent the hall for $43,200 a day, according to the complaint in L.A. Superior Court.
