Harold F. Eggers claims TVZ Records, Jeanene Van Zandt and Fat Possum Records violated copyright on songs he co-owns on five albums, and profited by licensing download rights without his permission, in Austin Federal Court.

Steven Zotnowski sued the Writers Guild of America West in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming he was not given proper credit for the German movie "Barfuss," based on his screenplay, "Barefoot."
