George Clinton says Universal Music Group cheated him on royalties for digital downloads, in Los Angeles Federal Court.

The O'Jays claim Philadelphia International Records and its owners, Leon Huff and Kenneth Gamble, defrauded them, violated trademark and owe them money for unauthorized CDs, including "Beautiful Ballads" and "The Essential O'Jays," in Philadelphia Federal Court.
