Borge Productions claims Koch Entertainment is selling a three-DVD set called "The Victor Borge Show Collection" without permission of the plaintiff copyright holder, in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court.

Kenny Rankin seeks declaration that he wrote and owns copyright to the tunes "Pictures on the Piano" and "My Way Back." He sued Lori Barth, Cherimoya Music, Bug Music, and Bughouse Music, in Los Angeles Federal Court.
