The Fab Four Corp. sued David Saxe Productions and others in a trademark complaint about their "Beatles tribute" show, in Las Vegas Federal Court.

The defendants in the Beatles tribute complaint are David Saxe, David Saxe Productions Inc., David Saxe Productions LLC, V Theater Group, Maverick Entertainment, Saxe Management, Fab Four Live, Terry McCoy, and Ultimate Entertainment Group LLC.
