The widow of photographer Fred "Rerun" Berry claims Getty Images is illegally selling and licensing her late husband's "Kennedy Birthday Party Photo." She claims half interest in the photo, and also sued Max Miller dba Fotos International and Ron Galella, in San Bernardino County Court.

Ami Mann and I-65 Films claim Tony Krantz and Flame Productions owe her $45,000 to $150,000 for work on a screenplay about country singer Shelby Lynne, in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Lew Curatolo and Heritage Records claim they own the copyright on an album called "Gathering Dust," but The Dirt Devils, who made the album, are selling it without permission. Plaintiffs also sue Kevin Higgins and Barbara Malteze, and demand at least $96,000, in Nashville Federal Court.
