Willie Perry Jr. aka DJ Casper claims he wrote "The Cha Cha Slide," and Jerome Haywood and M.O.B. Records stole it from him and cheated him of royalties, in Cook County Court.

A woman claims Roy Tesconi and his companies, R&B Productions and Sequoia Productions, cheated her of $200,000 she gave them to invest in tours by Merle Haggard and Chris Boti, in Alameda County Court, Oakland.
