Josh Prince sued Icken Films in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming it received fraudulently transferred assets to duck a $567,000 judgment in Prince v Beimler, issued in the same court in 2008.
"E1 Entertainment" is too close to the E! Entertainment trademark, E! says in a complaint against the Canadian company, in Los Angeles Federal Court.
