Writer Susan Montford and Team Angry Filmworks say While She Was Out Film Corp. and Insight Film Studios, both of British Columbia, owe them money for writing and producing services for the movie, "While She Was Out," in Los Angeles Federal Court.

Freddy Ingleton claims Soul Concerts, of Aurora, Ill., and William Hart, of Wyncote, Pa., are selling DVDs and CDs of his appearances with the Delfonics without his permission. Hart was the Delfonics' manager, Ingleton says in Manhattan Federal Court.

Tallgrass Broadcasting and Joseph Walker, who operate two radio stations in Independence, Kan., (KIND AM and FM) broadcast artists' songs after defaulting on an ASCAP licensing agreement, Van Halen and 20 other plaintiffs claim in Topeka Federal Court.

Young Artists for Christ Productions and others claim these defendants owe royalties and refuse to return master recordings: Compendia Music Group, Light Records, Intersound Records, Platinum Entertainment, CGI Records, and Sheridan Square Entertainment, in Detroit Circuit Court.
