Leland Robinson, of the Sugar Hill Gang and Sugar Hill Records, claims Lowe's Home Centers defamed him by having him falsely arrested on theft allegations, and calling in that false information to a radio station, which broadcast it, in Bergen County Court, N.J.

Jason Jaggon claims Rebel Rock Entertainment swiped parts of his song, "Just C U," and used it in Slim Thug's hit, "I Run," in Broward County Court, Fort Lauderdale.

Also named as defendants are James Scheffer, E-1 Entertainment, and Koch Entertainment.
