Bobby Bennett, a longtime member of James Brown and the Famous Flames, claims Polygram Records owes him royalties, in New York County Court.

MRES Net claims Encore Television Group and its CEO Paul Douglas Scott charged it $19,700 for a purported "Economic Report" hosted by Greg Gumbel, but provided only infomercials. MRES also sued U.S. Media Television, and Platinum Television Group, in Jefferson County Court, Texas.

Planet Productions Corp. claims Christmas in Wonderland Productions, and Insight Film Studios owe it more than $52,000 for production services on the film, "Christmas in Wonderland," in Vancouver, B.C., Supreme Court.
