Derrick Rahming claims he wrote and recorded a hip-hop ditty, "Give it All You Got," which Clyde Otis III licensed to New Line Cinema for the movie "Dumb & Dumber 2," without authorization and in violation of copyright, in Manhattan Federal Court.

A woman claims Susan Potter and JOA Productions took her for $50,000 she invested in a film to be called "The White Hotel" that supposedly was to star Anthony Hopkins, in Santa Barbara Superior Court.
