The Heritage Foundation of 9/11 claims Skater's Landing breached a contract to promote Heritage's "reality show" to ABC, but tried to sell it without approval to the Lifetime Network, in New Haven Federal Court.

Hounddog Productions claims the Empire Film Group breached a contract to promote the movie "Hounddog," starring Dakota Fanning, and kept distributing it after its license was revoked, in Manhattan Federal Court. Also sued in the Hounddog complaint are Empire CEO Dean Hamilton Bornstein and Eric Parkinson. Parkinson was CEO of Hannover House, a movie, TV and book distributor, when it was acquired by Empire, according to the complaint.

Apodaca Productions claims Crazy Horse violates its "Sonora Dinamita" trademark, in Los Angeles Federal Court.

Jeffrey Cooper claims Hopeful Monster, The Estate of Adam Linter, and Larry Solomon defrauded him of $250,000 he invested in film projects, in Los Angeles Superior Court.
