Michael Juliano claims High Octane Recordings violated copyright on his song, "Static," in derivative tunes and remixes, and sold them. Juliano also sued Tim Vitek, Nathaniel Shreve aka "Hidden Variable," Radoslaw Hawryszczuk, Sole Unlimited, and Dust Traxx, in Chicago Federal Court.
