HOUSTON (CN) - The former COO of Glacial Energy Holdings demands punitive damages from the company, claiming its CEO Gary Mole subjected her to repeated lewd and outrageous conduct during drunken sprees, pulling his pants down at a meeting, demanding that another manager pull his own pants down, calling a black employee a "n----r," snitching her cell phone and using it to send demeaning sexual messages, and demanding that she let him into her hotel room at 3 a.m.
