The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission failed to comply with the Endangered Species Act in granting modifications to hydropower project licenses of three hydropower projects on the Keimebec River in Maine.

WASHINGTON – The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission failed to comply with the Endangered Species Act in granting modifications to hydropower project licenses of three hydropower projects on the Keimebec River in Maine.

The plaintiffs are the Maine Council of the Atlantic Salmon Federation; Natural Resources Council of Maine; Kennebec Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited; and Maine Rivers.
