Endangered Species

WildEarth Guardians sued Interior Secretary David Bernhardt in federal court, claiming he missed the deadline to determine whether five aquatic species warrant protection as endangered species: the Rio Grande chub, Rio Grande sucker, sturgeon chub, sicklefin chub and narrow-foot Hygrotus diving beetle.
