The Center for Biological Diversity sued Interior Secretary David Bernhardt in federal court for failing to "adequately protect and conserve the critically endangered New Mexico meadow jumping mouse on the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest."

TUCSON — The Center for Biological Diversity brought a federal complaint over Interior Secretary David Bernhardt's failure to "adequately protect and conserve the critically endangered New Mexico meadow jumping mouse on the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest."
