The Center for Biological Diversity sued the U.S. Forest Service and Fish and Wildlife Service in federal court, claiming they illegally issued more than 30 grazing permits in the Apache-Sitgreaves and Gila National Forests that provide habitat for at least eight endangered or threatened species.
