The Conservancy of Southwest Florida claims these defendants are violating the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, NEPA and the APA by permitting destruction of 210 acres of Cocohatchee Slough to build a luxury residential golf development called Parklands Collier: Paul Grosskruger, Paul Souza, Pete Geren, Dirk Kempthorne, and Ronto Developments Parklands, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
