GREENBELT, Md. – A transgender woman who worked at a TGI Fridays restaurant can amend her employment-discrimination complaint, a federal judge ruled .

The woman claims her colleagues refused to refer to her as a woman, did not allow her to use the women’s restroom, and verbally harassed her.
