DALLAS (CN) - Quest Diagnostic refused to promote a black employee to outside sales because she "didn't have blonde hair and blue eyes," Consuela Robinson claims in Federal Court. Robinson says boss, Sharon Gilmore, told her this in the presence of HR manager Brenda Newton and defendant Jim Locker, the hiring manager. See the federal complaint.
