UTICA, N.Y. — The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission brought a federal complaint Thursday against sued Porous Materials Inc., on behalf of a black worker whose manager told her “that her husband should be working in a cotton field with a rope around his neck,” as well as for other women whom the manager routinely called “bitches.”
