    A manager for Rome Research Corp. repeatedly raped an employee at its Tinian facility, the EEOC claims in Northern Mariana Islands Federal Court.

    The EEOC is the latest to accuse Cracker Barrel Old Country Store of sexually harassing female employees – seven of them – and retaliating when they complained of it. The complaint in Knoxville Federal Court is the 329th against Cracker Barrel in the CNS database, many of them for similar allegations.

    William Johnson and Julian Moore, two white police sergeants, claim the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County use an improper “sliding banding method” to score lieutenant exams to promote lower-scoring blacks and women, in Nashville Federal Court.
