Holloway H. Frost abused his position as president of Texas Memory Systems to repeatedly grope and assault an employee, and also stiffed her for commissions and bonuses, she claims in Harris County Court (Houston).

Charlie Sciara & Son Produce Co. and Peter Sciara fired a white employee for dating a black man, she claims in Memphis Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Sun Microsystems, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Schering-Plough Corp., in Santa Clara County Court, Calif.; KPMG, and A Place For Mom, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Ironwood Communications/West Coast Satellite, Ralphs Grocery Co./International Services Inc., Heath and Lejeune Inc., and United Industrial Service, in Los Angeles Superior Court; A-AAA Aable Moving Co. of Florida, in Tampa Federal Court; Bantek West, in Jacksonville Federal Court; Darryl Koch Trucking, in Philadelphia Federal Court; South Florida Masonry, Republic Services of Florida, and Waste Management Inc. of Florida, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and Twitchell Building Inc., in Orange County Court, Calif.
