Steve Biegel claims Dentsu Holdings USA harassed and fired him from his job as vice president because he's Jewish, and because he "refused to parade naked in front of his boss at a bath house and refused to have sex with prostitutes provided by the company at a brothel," in Manhattan Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: JP Morgan Chase & Co.-Chase Investment Services, in Chicago Federal Court; Sears Roebuck, in Santa Barbara County Court; AT&T Mobility, in Montgomery County Court, Md.; Countrywide Homes Loans-Full Spectrum Lending, Rhino Medical Services, and Sea Horse Venture, in Dallas Federal Court; Phillips-Van Heusen and Izod Corps., in San Diego County Court, El Cajon; Patel Pharmacy dba Delano Pharmacy, in Kern County Court, Bakersfield; Pacific Couriers, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Universal Kitchen Services, and El Milagro Care Center, in Miami Federal Court; Summit Capital Lending of The Palm Beaches, Armstrong Air Conditioning & heating of Central Florida, All Webs Enterprises, and Belle Glade Chevrolet-Cadillac-Buick-Pontiac-Oldsmobile, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and in a single complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court: Career Education Corp., Southern California School of Culinary Arts, American Intercontinental University, California Culinary Academy, Brooks College, Brooks Institute, and Kitchen Academy.
