A class-action ERISA complaint accuses Wells Fargo & Co. of steering employees' 401(k) contributions into products managed by WellsFargo and affiliates, to enrich Wells Fargo at its employees' expense, in DC Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Methodist Hospital of Southern California, and Axium Visual Corp., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Barcelo Enterprises, in Monterey County Court, Calif.; Erosion Containment Management, and Frank Diehl Farms, in Tampa Federal Court; At Home Health Care, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; and El Dorado Financial and Prestige Tax, in a single claim in Fort Pierce, Fla., Federal Court.
