An employee of Southern University claims Southern's Police Chief Dale Flowers gave her an unjust bad evaluation and said he would change it if she let him sodomize her, in Baton Rouge Federal Court.

An employee claims 24 Hour Professional Janitorial Services' president, Roland Miller, of Rockwall, Texas, forcibly sodomized her repeatedly. She demands damages for assault and battery, sexual harassment and discrimination, in Dallas Federal Court.

Countrywide Financial and Countrywide Home Loans retaliated for an employee's complaints that her boss, co-defendant Michael Han, sexually harassed her, by firing her, she claims in Alameda County Court, Oakland.

How petty can you get? An employee claims American Staffing refused to let her use the restroom, in retaliation for filing a worker's compensation claim, in St. Louis County Court, Clayton, Mo.

Hilton Hotels Corp. paid a black employee less than white men who did similar work, and fired her to retaliate for her complaint to the EEOC, she claims in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court.

A worker claims she was fired for complaining of unwanted sexual advances from two managers. She sued King Pharmaceuticals in Oklahoma City Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Broadcom Corp., in Orange County Court, Calif.; Atlantic Paper & Foil, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Manchu Wok (USA) Inc., in Houston Federal Court; Graytronix Systems Corp., in Huntsville, Ala., Federal Court; East Florida Cable Inc., in Tampa Federal Court; PacPizza, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Mortgage U.S. Inc., Rich Properties LLC, Kaizen Leadership Karate School, Apostolopoulos & Paulick Construction, and Tom Culpepper Electric, in Fort Pierce, Fla., Federal Court; Aluminum Distributing, Menzies Aviation, Convenience Management Services, and Cooper Properties, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; Franklin First Financial, Southern Waste System, 3342 Shawnee Corp., Precision Air Systems, HCR Manor Care Services of Florida, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and CNC Lawn Care, and Fawn Landscaping & Nursery, in Chicago Federal Court.
