Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Smurfit Stone Container Corp., in Santa Clara County Court, Calif.; J4 Promotions & Global Entertainment Network Group, and JAL Passenger Services America, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Velocity Express Leasing, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Dallas County Hospital District dba Parkland Health & Hospital System, in Dallas Federal Court; AES Portable Sanitation, and Camel Construct & American Builders, in Miami Federal Court; Premier Beverage Co., in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; A-1 Management, in Jackson, Miss., Federal Court; and Labor Ready Midwest, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, Federal Court.
