Also facing class-action labor complaints are CEC Entertainment dba Chuck-E-Cheese, JB Hunt Transport, Securitas Security Services USA, and Ampco System Parking, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Wier Construction Corp., in San Diego Superior Court, Vista; Apex Mortgage Services, and Expressions in Stone, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; Getronics Wang LLC, in Manhattan Federal Court; Marka Corp., and Hyatt Corp., in Miami Federal Court; Ultra Logistics, in Newark Federal Court; and the City of Chicago, in Chicago Federal Court.
