Kenneth Goldman sued Twenty-First Century Democrats and Kelly Young for discrimination and retaliation, claiming Young created a hostile workplace based on her belief in Landmark Education, a progeny of Erhard Seminars Training - EST - and pressured employees to join in the cultlike activities, in DC Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Brakebush Brothers Inc., in Milwaukee Federal Court; Native Foods Restaurant Group, and Cast Security, in Los Angeles Superior Court; PRA Receivables Management dba Portfolio Recovery Associates, in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court; Arrow Disposal/Advance Urrutia Inc., in Opelika, Ala., Federal Court; Quickpic Inc., in Terre Haute, Ind., Federal Court; Ruth's Chris Steak House, in Suffolk County Court, Boston; HealthPartners Inc., in Minneapolis Federal Court; PSI Group, in Philadelphia Federal Court; and Top Florida Cleaning and Florida Jet Aviation Cleaning Services, Miami Drywall & Stucco, and You Ki Inc., in Miami Federal Court.
