Connie Fox claims Spandeck Inc. wrongfully fired her as its only female welder for using the men's room on a job site, though it did not provide a women's room, in Abingdon, Va., Federal Court.
Lockheed Martin fired Syed Huda illegally after subjectinghim to racial bias and epithets, including "camel jockey," "sand nigger" and "raghead," and, "all Muslims should be put into concentration camps like the Japanese and nuked," he claims in New Orleans Federal Court.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Maximus Inc., KB Home, Freeway Insurance Services, Melik Dye Works dba Classy Dye and Finishing, and Agape Chiropractic Clinic, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Rancho Framing, and A Place For Mom, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; and Resolve Staffing, and United Hoist Equipment, in Tampa Federal Court.
