Consolidated Realty is accused of laying off 500 employees without the required 60 days notice, in a class-action complaint in Las Vegas Federal Court.

Teresa Carman claims Comprehensive Counseling Service of Middletown, Ohio fired and defamed her in retaliation for her truthful complaint that its new clinical director did not have a license, as required by law, in Butler County Court, Hamilton, Ohio.

STC Industries dba Seattle Textile Co. failed to protect and fired a woman after the Seattle Police Department informed its president-defendant Bill Kaczmarek that his employee-son, defendant Kirk Kaczmarek, was sexually stalking her, the woman claims in King County Court.

The Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center wrongfully fired its PR and marketing manager for rejecting the sexual advances of its president, R. Bret Ruiz, the manager claims in San Antonio Federal Court.

Three employees demand damages for the "perverted sexual advances" of Frank Gilley, owner of Coast True Value Hardware, and their constructive firing, in Muskogee Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Disney Worldwide Services, Valley Couriers, and Top Priority Couriers, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Pacific Gas & Electric Co., in Fresno Superior Court; Phoenix Health Care, in Newark Federal Court; McKinstry Co., and ATS Automation, in King County Court, Seattle; All Star Fence Service, and Medallion Properties dba Doekes Gunning Homes, in Atlanta Federal Court; Royal Palm Pools, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and Chloe Foods Corp. dba Blue Ridge Farms, in Brooklyn Federal Court.
