Harman International Industries breached fiduciary duty by overinvesting its employees' retirement money in company stock, workers claim in a class-action ERISA complaint in DC Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: National Envelope Corp., and Sunset Crescent Management Co., in Los Angeles Superior Court; FedEx Corp., in Scranton Federal Court; MD Robiul Hoque Co., and Bay Gull Store Inc., in Brooklyn Federal Court; Schiek's Palace Royale, and Rick's Cabaret, in separate complaints in Hennepin County Court, Minneapolis; Pavlich Inc., in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court; Triad Election and Controls and The Newtron Group, in a single complaint in Houston Federal Court; U.S. Installation Group, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; Medical Career Institute of South Florida, and Palm Beach Metro Transportation, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; Lemartec Engineering & Construction Corp.. and Clifford Fort Myers LLC, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; and Triloke Realty, and Executive Travel Agency, in Manhattan Federal Court.
