An employee of Krauss-Maffei Corp. claims its Chairman of the Board Josef Martl raped her and then fired her for complaining of it, in Covington, Ky., Federal Court.

CPS Energy is the latest company accused of allowing a supervisor to hang a noose at an employee's desk, despite its racially offensive and terroristic meaning, the IBEW Local 500 claims in Bexar County Court, San Antonio.

An employee claims Dr. Avis Broussad, a dentist, fired her for questioning Broussad's demand that she keep an article of Christian Scripture on her at all times, and donate 10% of her salary to charity, in Detroit Federal Court.

Sales rep Roxanne Moray claims Novartis Pharmaceuticals fired her illegally for refusing to give physicians samples of heart medication that had been stored improperly and were near expiration, in Nashville Federal Court.

In three class-action complaints in Manhattan Federal Court, employees of Citigroup claim Citigroup and its defendant directors imprudently overinvested their 401(k) savings in Citigroup stock since Jan. 1 this year.

Partnership, Palm Court NH LLC, and Unique Weston Ltd., in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; Boca Hotel Associates, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; SRK Investment, Payless Shoe Source, CVS EGL 136th Miami FL LLC, Baby Boomers Adult Serie Inc., Command Security Corp., Norgetown Laundry & Cleaners, Wartisponk LLC, Florida Linen Services, Evans Petroleum Services, TB Isle Resort, Sonesta Hotels of Florida, MAG Trading Corp., and Twin Lakes Racquet Club, in Miami-Dade County Court.
