Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: First Choice Primary Care, and Pool Pros, in Fort Myers Federal Court, Fla.; Mobile Systems Wireless, M. Pernecky Management Corp., Coupa Café Corp., and ALRS Inc., in Los Angeles Superior Court; and Multax Corp., in Central Islip Federal Court.
