A former worker claims Kelly Kerrigan, the son of the owner of Red Line Synthetic Oil Corp., sexually harassed her, got her pregnant, then persuaded her to abort the baby, constructively firing her, in Solano County Court, Calif.

Brian Riccobono sued CA Inc. for gender discrimination, claiming it accommodates women's child-care needs but not his, and that his boss told him, "A person can think about his or her children as their number one priority, but should not say it out loud," in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Precise Communications Services, and Silverleaf Resorts, in Atlanta Federal Court; Soundings Seaside Resort, in Boston Federal Court; Nationwide Life Insurance Co. and Pebco, in Jefferson County Court, Ala.; Diamond Investigations & Security, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; The Phoenixing Mortgage Co. Dade LLC, Group Medex, Irmadan Inc., Royal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, and Pizza Pasta Café Corp., in Miami Federal Court; Maison Grande Condominium Association, Aventura Auto Sales, and Los Frijolitos, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; Lennar Corp., in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and Guy & Gallard Inc. and Matrat LLC, in a single claim in Manhattan Federal Court.
