A former employee of Virginia Turf Management Associates claims her supervisor, Jesse Redden, masturbated to ejaculation in her presence, sexually groped her on another occasion, and fired her when she complained, in Charlottesville, Va., Federal Court.

A former employee sued Valeo Inc. and Elwood Staffing Services, claiming they did nothing when a co-worker assaulted and humped her and, on another occasion, "bit ... her genitalia" after she was knocked out in a warehouse accident, in Indianapolis Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Costco, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Washington Mutual Bank, in San Diego Federal Court; New York Life Insurance Co., in Manhattan Federal Court; Citifinancial, in Pittsburgh Federal Court; Mt. Zion Enterprises, on behalf of hotel housekeepers, in San Francisco Federal Court; Family Dollar Stores, in Texarkana, Texas, Federal Court; DirecTV, in Florence, Ala., Federal Court; U.S. Installation Group, and Tremont Towing, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; and Regency Properties of Boca Raton, in West Palm Beach Federal Court.
