A Jewish worker has sued New York City Off Track Betting Corp. for discrimination, claiming his boss harassed him with anti-Semitic comments, including Nazi references, in New York County Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Tyson Fresh Meats, in Omaha Federal Court; Bankers Life and Casualty Co., on behalf of sales reps, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Orleans Home Builders and affiliates, in Philadelphia Federal Court; Modern Continental Construction Co., in Middlesex County Court, Cambridge, Mass.; Jet Paper Stock Corp./Jet Sanitation Services, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Golden Crust Baking Co., Northern Trucking, Student Resources Foundation, and Manhattan Mortgage Group, in Tampa Federal Court; M&T Transportation, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; and Interstate Towing, and Judonofe, in West Palm Beach Federal Court.
