Wal-Mart fired a woman for having an affair with a male boss, whom it did not fire, she claims in Johnstown, Pa., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Penske Logistics, in San Diego Superior Court; Washington Mutual Bank, in Brooklyn Federal Court; PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Buca Restaurants 2, in Los Angeles Superior Court; California Mufflers & Brakes, in Chicago Federal Court; Commonwealth Express and affiliates, in Middlesex County Court, Cambridge, Mass.; Homebridge Mortgage Bankers Corp., and Pioneer Credit Recovery, in Manhattan Federal Court; Triage Partners, Independent Phone Services, Tempwise Inc., Amer International Corp., and Royo Tower, in Tampa Federal Court; Joyce & Reyes Law Firm, in Hillsborough County Court, Fla.; and King Coats/Kingston Creations, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court.
