     Janet Mitchell, a DEA agent, accuses Attorney General Michael Mukasey of racial, gender and parental status discrimination, of retaliation, and of failing to adjudicate complaints of this lodged in 2002 and again in 2005, in Los Angeles Federal Court.




      
     Jacob ‘Kobi’ Alexander, former head of Comverse Technology, claims it owes him $42 million in stock and severance pay, in New York County Court.

Gordon Holdings, on behalf of Lone Star Doughnuts drivers who deliver Krispy Kreme doughnuts, in Houston Federal Court; Huntleigh USA Corp., in San Diego Superior Court; Rainbow Concrete, in Chicago Federal Court; Florida Beach Rentals and Sunlock Inc. in a single claim in Tampa Federal Court; and Saquella Café Boca, and Goldmine Hospitality and Imperial Hospitality Group, in West Palm Beach Federal Court.
