Three ex-employeesclaim Best Guy Geek Squad sexually harassed, discriminated, defamed, retaliated and fired them for sticking up for a boss they say was unfairly accused of sexual harassment, in Bullitt County Court, Shepherdsville, Ky.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Power Payroll and Edge Films, and Starbucks Corp., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Jai Alai Dairy, and Lassen Dairy dba Meritage Dairy, in Fresno Federal Court; Penske Automotive Group, in Santa Ana, Calif., Federal Court; Burnett Automotive, in Wichita Federal Court; and Morrow's Inc., in Tampa Federal Court.
