A woman claims her boss at Onesource Building Services of Sunnyvale, Gerardo Valdovinos, raped her, and other Onesource bosses retaliated for her complaints of it, constructively firing her, in Santa Clara County Court.

Rahway Auto Resources dba Bell-Mitsubishi allowed four employees to sexually grope and harass and one man to expose himself to a co-worker, calling her "fair game to everyone," because she was not married, she claims in Union County Court, Elizabeth, N.J.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Dollar Tree Stores, in San Francisco Federal Court; KVS Transportation, in Fresno Federal Court; Time Warner, Safeway Security & Patrol, and, in a single complaint, AT&T, SBC Services, Southwestern Bell, Yellow Pages Inc., Cingular Wireless, and affiliates, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Family Dollar Stores, in Dothan, Ala., Federal Court; Metrocare Home Services, in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; US Home Corp., HFS USA, and Dealer Profit Systems, in Tampa Federal Court; Allied Waste Services of North America, and Nopi Enterprises, in Miami Federal Court; and ADZ Management Agency dba Furniture & Mattress Liquidators dba Furniture Clearance Center, in Cuyahoga County Court, Cleveland.
