Jack Gambone, head of Gambone Construction of Norristown, Pa., sexually groped an employee and masturbated to ejaculation in her presence, in her vehicle, she claims in Philadelphia Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Walt Disney World, and Marriott Hotel Services / Hampton Inn, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Stryden Inc., and Kraft Pizza Co., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Fibrwrap Construction and RD Installations, in Chicago Federal Court; Kraft Construction Co., in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; RDM Lending/Real Property Loans, in Ventura County Court, Simi Valley;Coffee Health Group, in Florence, Ala., Federal Court; Empire Bus Co., and National Digital Security, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Bob Michael Associates, Paramount Security, Martinez Transportation, Design-Build & Engineering, and LPM Pharmacy Corp., in Miami Federal Court; and Osceola Farms Co./New Hope Sugar Co., All-Site Construction, Paymaster, and Amica Petroleum, in West Palm Beach Federal Court.
