After confirming her complaints that her boss sexually harassed and pawed her, Raymond James Financial Services fired her, Kristin Hubbard claims in Chicago Federal Court.

Comcast employees claim the company overinvested their retirement money in Comcast stock without disclosing the risk, costing them millions of dollars, in a class-action complaint in Philadelphia Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Houston Metro Electrical Corp., in Houston Federal Court, and General Petroleum Corp., Snakebite Leasing, Sellers Petroleum, Sellers Petroleum Products, Trinity Oil Co., and Greco-Roman Inc., in a single complaint in San Diego Superior Court.
