The National Labor Relations Board demands that the Wilshire Plaza Hotel rescind the employment terms it imposed in August 2006 and bargain in good faith with its workers, in Los Angeles Federal Court.

The Oklahoma City Public School Board and two superintendents illegally retaliated against their Executive Director of Student Performance Rochelle Converse because of her true complaints about an abusive police officer assigned to schools, Converse claims in Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Round Table Pizza, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; The Wildcat Vineyards dba Sarah's Vineyards, and French Connection Bakery dba Cocola Bakery, in San Jose Federal Court; Bartlett Manufacturing Co., and Dunn-Rite of America Building Maintenance, in Chicago Federal Court; V&T Supermarket, in Central Islip Federal Court; The Pump Energy Food and affiliates, in Manhattan Federal Court; Babcock & Wilcox Technical Services Pantex, in Amarillo Federal Court; Ruttenberg Homes, and Bed Pros, in Tampa Federal Court; Floridian Gulf Coast Homes, The Carswell Group, Stock Development Associates, Breakwater Custom Homes, West Coast Drywall Construction, Hakin Service and Tarkin Service, Selectbuild Florida, and Real Property Services Corp., all in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; and Mimi's Café and its manager Marcos Bermudez, in a class-action sexual harassment claim in Osceola County Court, Fla.
