Comair Holdings breached its duty by inducing Delta Air Lines employees to put their 401(k) money into Delta stock before the airline filed for bankruptcy, costing them millions of dollars, workers claim in a class-action ERISA complaint in Covington, Ky., Federal Court.
Three "Heineken Light Girls" claim their boss at Heineken USA, co-defendant Leo Webb, sexually harassed and pawed them, degraded them as "strippers" and "prostitutes," and fired them for complaining, in separate complaints in Jackson County Court, Independence, Mo.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Abercrombie & Fitch, in Manhattan Federal Court; Martin Cadillac Co., and Kazi Foods, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Whiteside Construction Corp., in San Francisco Federal Court; Fremont Unified School District, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Consolidated Realty, in Clark County Court, Nev.; KMG Furniture, OTG Management, Enimon Realty Corp., and Metro Cleaners, in Brooklyn Federal Court; AAustin Enterprises, in St. Paul Federal Court; Carnival PLC, Cunard Celtic Hotel Services, and Cunard Line, in a single claim in Miami Federal Court, and Ofer Manor, and Aetna Life Insurance Co., in the same court; and Minto Communities, and E.L. Group, in West Palm Beach Federal Court.
