Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations also have been filed against these defendants: Cellco Partnership, on behalf of Verizon Wireless sales reps, in Philadelphia Federal Court; Torrance Memorial Medical Center, and Steve & Barry's California, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Nebraska Beef, in Omaha Federal Court; Servimaid aka Sunshine Clean, in Chicago Federal Court; Florida Public Utilities Co., in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and Weber Design Group, and New Tampa Physician Group, in Tampa Federal Court.
